Steaks over coal, whole fish off the grill, greens from the mountain, bread from the village — laid out as sharing plates, because nobody eats alone here. The table runs slow on purpose; dinner is the long, generous opening of the evening.

Doors open after midnight and stay open until the music decides otherwise — three nights a week, all season, the same stone walls, the same olive tree, an institution carried forward by the city that still travels for it.

The room was built slowly, over decades, and it shows in the patina — every surface here has been touched by a generation of summers.
